Top performance in the AHK master craftsman program
Since the introduction of the further training program for industrial master craftsmen in the field of management in 2006, the German master craftsman course system has been an integral part of professional qualifications in Taicang. This year, for the first time, four Häring employees have completed the renowned AHK master craftsman program after 3 years of online and classroom courses at weekends: Xiaodong Qian, Ya Li, Wenjie Li and Hongsuo Zhang and were honored and awarded for their special achievements.

Häring employees also performed outstandingly at the 4th “Wu Di Craftsmen” vocational training competition. In the “Cartographer” category, Song Lijuan secured 1st place, while Yan Yu, an instructor at the academy, took 3rd place. Chunxiang Huang from the design department completed the strong team. Häring also received the “Contribution Award for the Training of Highly Qualified Employees” award.
With these successes, Häring underlines its role as a pioneer in employee development and at the same time strengthens the cooperation between German companies and the city of Taicang.
